Refund policy

Return/Refund Policy:

If you wish to return a product due to unsuitability or a change of mind, please email yesplease@wazoogles.com within 7 days of receipt.

Return of goods must be sent by the customer to our warehouse for evaluation. Once confirmed that the product is in its original, good condition, we will issue a credit via an online voucher to the value of the product(s) to purchase on wazoogles.com at your convenience. Online vouchers have no expiry date. 

Although rare due to our stringent quality controls, should you receive a defective product, please notify us within a reasonable timeframe. Claims must be submitted via email to quality@wazoogles.com and include the relevant order details and photographic evidence. Valid claims may be eligible for a replacement, an online voucher or cash refund.
