Banana Bread Skillet



  • -Preheat the oven to 180C and grease a 23cm skillet.
  • -Beat the butter and both sugars until soft and creamy.
  • -Add eggs, bananas, vanilla and peanut butter, and mix on speed.
  • -Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda and add to the wet mixture.
  • -Add Vanilla Sky and choc chips and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to the skillet.
  • Sprinkle with demerara sugar and chocolate chips and lay the banana halves cut side facing up on top of the batter.
  • Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
